Legal
Privacy Policy
R24 Enterprise Group, LLC ("R24," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use our contact form or email us, you may share your name, organization, email address, phone number, organization type, number of users, and any details you include in your message. When you submit our contact form, your information is sent securely to us as an email so we can respond. The form does not save your information in a database on our website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically records standard server log information, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the date and time of your visit. These logs are used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or social media tracking pixels. The light/dark display setting is held only in your browser while the page is open and is not saved or shared.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal asking websites not to track your activity. Because this website does not track visitors over time or across other websites, and does not allow third parties to do so, these signals do not change how the site operates. We honor them by default by not tracking anyone.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and schedule consultations
- To prepare proposals, quotes, and deliver services you request
- To communicate with you about an existing engagement
- To maintain the security and operation of this website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
How we share information
We share information only when needed to operate our business or when required by law, including with:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host and email delivery provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider, who may process information on our behalf.
- Font provider. This site loads typefaces from Fontshare (api.fontshare.com). As with any web font, your browser connects to their servers, which may receive your IP address.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required to comply with law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of R24, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers, if R24 is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Client data during service engagements
When we manage Microsoft 365 or related systems for a client, we may have access to that client's accounts, email, files, and devices. We access client data only as needed to perform the services requested, keep it confidential, and handle it according to our written agreement with that client. Clients remain the owners of their data and administrative accounts.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and client communications for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet legal or tax requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or securely dispose of it.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including multi-factor authentication and access controls on our own business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal obligations to keep certain records. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including Maryland and other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for businesses, churches, and other organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
This website may link to other sites, such as Microsoft. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
